About Me

After 20 years in urban public education, I’ve become weary of being blamed for everything that is wrong with the system.  It didn’t take too much soul-searching to realize that I’m at my happiest a the end of an 8 hour day in my own kitchen.  Within days of that epiphany I was signed up for culinary school.  I’m not sure where this road will take me, but I plan to love the journey!

    1. Thanks, Mary! I’d been too busy to post regularly as the school year ended, but I’ve cooking up a storm for the last 2 weekends and I’m ready to get back to publishing!
